Our Vision:

In order to be signs of God's presence in the world, congregations and related organizations are called to be communities of discernment, healing and hope. ARC commits itself to working with congregations and related organizations in support of this vision.

Conflict Management
and Congregational Leadership

The Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership (CMCL) Program is a workshop series designed to meet the needs of pastors and lay leaders as they wrestle with conflict, change and other challenges within their congregations.

Individuals and groups who attend these workshops will enhance both their leadership skills and their abilities in the prevention and management of congregational conflict. As a result, congregations and their leaders will be able to focus more clearly on their mission rather than on the conflicts that divide them, increasing their influence for good in their communities.

CMCL workshops are provided by ARC in partnership with Conrad Grebel University College.

More workshops to come. Please check back later.

ARC offers group coaching, individual coaching, and consultation for persons/congregations who participate in these workshops.

The above workshops are available to CMCL participants and are cross-listed with the CGUC Conflict Management Program

These courses are also available to those participants seeking the CGUC Conflict Management and Congregational Leadership certificate. Those workshops that are marked with a * are required workshops for that certificate. Bursaries are available for CMCL participants wishing to attend these workshops.

For more details on these workshops or to register, please email arc@arcministries.ca, telephone ARC at (519)883-8906 or contact Conrad Grebel University College.
